[iPad Mini] Defender case or Survivor Case for Mini??

Which case would you recommend? My 3 yrs old would be using the mini to play games n stuff. What case is better??

Haven't used the Otter Box, but we have the Griffin in use on a iPad2 & iPhone 4 in our house.

While a bit bulky, I would recommend the Griffin over the Otter Box.

I had the Otterbox on my iPad 2 and it was pretty good. The Survivor Case was a bit too bulky and I didn't like how it covered the charging port and the speaker.

There are a few other rugged off brands out there but the Otterbox would probably be the thinner alternative. Because I have owned one, I would probably go with the Otterbox.
