Does it still switch off Wifi when the device is in idle, or are they fixing that with this release?

People. The "Safari is snappier" joke was never funny...and it's certainly not funny after the eighteen-thousandth time, either.

Starbucks, Tim Hortons, McDonalds... Basically any free, public wifi often requires power cycling to connect. No issues at all on our home wifi network. |

I think sites with an auto refresh have this issue... On my phone it works for all websites except the cricinfo website where the a part of the page auto refreshes every 2 minutes... This happens on chrome, I havent tried to replicate it on Safari...

I'll take a battery life improvement on my iPhone 5 please. Doesn't last a day on moderate/light usage. My iPhone 4 was better!

I hope that they get rid of all traces of skeuomorphism soon, hopefully before iOS 7 comes out.

Question is does iOS 6.1 fix the sticking on 'no service' bug (iPhone 5) that was allegedly fixed in 6.0.1 but certainly wasn't for me, my wife or loads of people on Apple's forums.
It's really annoying having to cycle airplane mode to get a network back when it happens. I am a developer but not had chance to install it. |

"I'd like to, Dave but I cannot. My apologies"
Disappointed - both that you can't actaully use siri for something so obvious and also because my name gives the perfect excuse to come back with "I'm sorry, Dave. I'm afraid I can't do that." |

Wi-Fi Fix iPhone 5??
will there be a fix for wi-fi issues with iPhone 5? I had to change my router security from wpa2 down to wpa just so it will stay connected. This was confirmed through apple tier 2 support.

It's done that (by design) since iOS 1

The software also modifies the hardware so a micro SD card slot appears.

I didn't really have any issues with Beta 2, but good to see they squashed some bugs for others.
