- Fingerprint scanner - More RAM - 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB models - Scratch-resistant coating - 802.11ac wireless - Better battery life - Upclocked CPU, or maybe even an A7 - IGZO screen? - Better camera lens (fix the glare) That's about all I can imagine. There are lots of other improvements I'd like to see but they're mostly software-based.
