Will this SSD work well in my late 2008 MacBook aluminum?

My intel died tonight, meh. Lets not talk about that. I have a lot of things due coming up. So will this work?

0. Identify your MacBook or MacBook Pro

1. Getting a new HDD

2. Guides to replace the internal HDD with a newer one

3. Transferring data from the old HDD to the new HDD

4. Using the optical disk drive (ODD) slot for placing an SSD or HDD inside the MB/P (OPTIBAY)

You can also go with a Samsung 830 it is on sale, due to upcoming successors, and maybe cheap.

Yes, those numbers look about right for SATA II.
