Apple TV 160Gb Question (A1218) New Drive

I have bought and currently using one of these fantastic little unit but i have performed a Hard Drive upgrade. The Problem i'm having is i dont have the boot files can anyone help ??

I need to know if I ghost image what's on the old drive hopefully will I be able to transfer to a 750gb drive with no complications or is there an easier way????

I can use a pc running windows @ work or just use my MacBook Pro

Your help is much appreciated
