icloud sent messages

what is the deal with iClouds sent message folder when I use the browser to access iCloud mail. I can see and search all incoming messages in my inbox however when I look at the sent messages only some of them are there? how do I access all sent messages that I ever sent regardless what mobileme/icloud alias i used to send them? why is it different what messages are in the "sent" folder depending on what machine I access it?

Thanks for any input

Make sure you have Mail app on all your devices set to store sent messages on the server like in my screen grab.

It sounds like you do not have this on on all devices.

Thumb resize.
