[iPad] Weather widget in Notification Dropdown on iPad

Hey guys I was wondering if there was a app that I can download so that I can have the weather like i do on my iPhone to be on the notification dropdown on the iPad? Anyone know of an app like this?

Unfortunately, no there is no App capable of doing that, if there was it would violate Apple's terms and conditions of use for developing apps.
