Address book contacts lost. How to restore from Time machine?

Hey guys.

Long story, short. Upgraded to a new OWC 120 GB from a 60GB. Everything copied over perfectly except all my contacts from my Address Book. Is there any way to retrieve the addresses in a back up from time machine and restore them to the new HD i've got? I've tried numerous times and failed so far. I see the address file in the time machine but i cant seem to find the one with all the contacts.

I'm running Snow Lep 10.6.8 on new HD....same version as the time machine OS im trying to copy the old address book from.

Thanks for your time and help if it's possible!
