It was worth it huh?
Coming from the iPad 4 $150 more
I don't really need that much speed and new connector so I think it was a good decision.

Their on sale at BESTBUY right now btw
 
Yep nothing wrong with an iPad 3 for day to day use. My wife loves hers and it meets her needs perfectly, email, web, pictures and hulu. So long as you can accept that apple will almost certainly exclude it from key features of ios7.
 
Good for you - you got the product you wanted and price you're happy with. Most of us wish we could do that with everything!
