MBA 2011 - Mountain Lion screen glitch when waking from sleep

Whenever my mid-2011 MBA wakes from sleep, there is a full screen graphics glitch for a few seconds, like horizontal lines across the display.

Only started since running Mountain Lion (upgrade)

Will post a pic..

Anyone had the same issue?
 
My wife's has been freezing after waking. It continues to work in the background, but the keyboard and touchpad go dead. We have to. Force shut down and restart. Mysterious. I hope the Mountain Lion updates fix this.
