Airfoil speakers : Cant seem to connect

I am trying to send Audio from my Ipad to multiple speakers using Airfoil.

I get as far as the final step but cant see Airfoil speakers in the drop down in the Airfoil speaker lists. I see spottily, safari etc .

Any ideas please?
