iPhone 4S warrenty

ok so my wifi hasn't been working so I called up apple and booked an appointment just today I dropped my phone and the screen cracked. will this void my warrenty ? as they could believe me dropping the phone broke the wifi ?

Yes you voided your basic warranty unless you have AppleCare Plus coverage.

However you might trying being honest when you show up for you Genius appointment and see it they will still offer you a replacement.

Yes, they usually wont fix/replace iphones that are physically damaged.
They will give you the option to pay the out of warranty replacement fee.
For the 4S its $199.
