iPhone/iPad app that views pictures/videos on WIN PC?

I love showing family/friends pictures/videos on my ipad/iphone, is it possible to use something to do this?

I have a PC that is on 24/7 that will host the application, if needed, I just need to know something that works with my iphone/ipad even if it is paid?

pictures are usually JPG videos usually AVI, M2TS, or MTS.

Would it be on the same network, or, do you want remote access? Even UPnP supports the latter.

Correct, remote/internet access.

I have been using remote potato, but it has been kind of bad lately with watching videos, and super slow for pictures to render.
