A Tax Information Question

I would like to know if it's possible to use a family member's tax information for iTunes Connect.

I'm assuming you're trying to sign up as an Individual under the iOS Developer Program. No, you can't use another family member tax information. The tax information must match the person signing up. Otherwise, the application will be rejected.

I guess the real question is: why are you wanting to use another family member's tax information?

If you are a minor, and don't have your own tax ID and credit card, you can't sign up. Get a parent to sign up and become one of their developer team members.

I guess my best guess would be to form a LLC and register with that, correct?

Can you answer the question posed earlier: why you are not wanting to use your own tax information?
