27" iMac Orders in the Dec 31 - Jan 7 Range

I figured we could have a centralized thread for 27" iMac orders in the Dec 31 - Jan 7 range to keep track easier.

Does anyone in the Dec 31 - Jan 7 range show their status as preparing for shipment? Mine still shows processing items (I'm in the US, and I have expedited shipping as well).

BTO 27" In Denmark (EU), I have 3-7 January shipping. Still proccesing... :I
Updating the page so hard, just in case a miracle could happen.
I will also call apple to change it to expideted shipping tommorow if it doesnt ship until then.

I have 4th-10th January for my base 27" plus a 1TB Fusion.

We should all probably just forget we ordered an iMac until after Christmas as our orders aren't going to be doing anything before then realistically.

This is just basically torture reading other threads and starting our own

Mine is Dec 31 - Jan 7, standard shipping BTO. Processing Items, cancel button still there as well.

A lot of people that originally had a estimated delivery of around Dec 18 - Dec 21 now show a delivery of December 13, so anything is possible I think.

I'm in the Jan 4-10 window, shipping to Canada. Still on "processing".

I was originally in the 27-3 window, but changed my order (went from i7 + Fusion to just i7 — getting a 3rd party SSD instead), and predictably got bumped back. The shipping notifications going out to the early ones makes it hurt all the more, but I suppose waiting a bit longer is the price of waffling on my decision.

FYI: I did 12:02 am PST and am still processing so don't get your hopes up, I am hopeful that mine is US made and that would make the wait worth it for me.

I'm in Colorado Springs, and used the EDU store. Ordered Dec 1, 2012 @ 04:15 MST. Too painful to read the other threads on shipping, as we have waited 2 years to get this computer.

Well, same 2 years as my 06' imac has been basically showing the beach ball more than the mouse pointer.

I hear ya. See the same with my '08 iMac, even after a RAM upgrade. I think I am OCD as I check the status every 20 minutes.

I ordered mine around noon PST Nov 30. I was just thinking today how crazy it is that twelve hours ended up equaling a couple weeks of extra waiting time!

If you think that one day made a difference you can imagine what waiting until today to order has done for me. My estimated date is January, which probably means as close to the 31st as possible.

Same ship date range as you, processing order still in sight. Crossing fingers can be shipped earlier. I am in Singapore.

We should all probably just forget we ordered an iMac until after Christmas as our orders aren't going to be doing anything before then realistically.
