Weird I though there was a minimum price these phones could be sold for which is regulated by apple. Most the time companies will offer things like a gift card to get around this but it looks like thats not the case here.
Right, they usually have to use tricks to get around the MAP, but not this time for some reason. Maybe Apple doesn't enforce a MAP for the iPhone. Either way a MAP doesn't control the retailer's price, only what they can advertise. If you "ask" they can sell the product for under MAP.
