I am pretty simplistic about my home screen. Running cm10.0 stable on my galaxy nexus. Was on 4.2 but CM10.0 is so stable and you can install the 4.2 keyboard, camera, and clock on 4.1.2 anyway so other than lockscreen widgets which need work your not missing anything. I usually run nightlies but this has been so fast and stable with Franco kernel.
