Was it all just Hype? (ip5)

Hi Guys,
Just got my iphone 5 yesterday to upgrade from 4S.
I'm in Australia, and I've found the accessories available for them
are very thin, it's like I thought they'd have everything out in time
for Christmas to sell the stuff.

Can't find a proper leather flip case, any sort of connector for a TV,
any third party lightning connector cables. the rumored lightning
to 30 pin adapter...

I did find a Micro Sim adapter so I can go back to using my 4S with my new Nano SIM.

It's not even jailbroken yet... think I'll wait for that before I even use it day to day.

Is it different in the US?

The only thing it lacks in the US is the JailBreak.
