Mountain Lion download taking 66 hours!

I finally decided to upgrade to Mountain Lion from Snow Leopard and began downloading ML from the App Store. Despite having broadband, it is only downloading at 18kb/s! At this rate it'll take days to download..

Is this normal? Is my download speed limited by the App Store? My Internet connection is capable of much more.

Not normal, logout or restart and see if it is better.

You bought it, yes, if so it will download again, not only that, AFAIK the download will start where it left of.
So, lets say it downloaded 10 MB it will start at 10 MB.
