moving addresses into Contacts from Mail in Mountain Lion

Greetings

Here's the situation... I receive an email with several email addresses in the Cc: field. I want to move them all into my Contacts.

One by one is doable with "add to contacts" from the disclosure triangle which appears when I hover over the address. I've not found way to batch input. Anyone found a way? I would love to hear as it seems I have this need fairly frequently.

As a bonus question.... I have noticed that when copying/cutting and pasting an email address, again from Mail Cc: field, one which already has an entry with a name in Contacts, the whole name and email address get cut and pasted. In other words, I'll get

Planchon Neil <neil@swansway.com> when I just want neil@swansway.com.
The question is: how do I just capture the email address without the name?
