iTunes Match songs grayed out on iPhone when using LTE

Hello All,

Recently, I have not been able to access my songs on my iPhone over LTE in iTunes Match-they only show up over WiFi.

Meaning, that when I am over LTE, the songs are grayed out. I can see them, but obviously can't click them or anything until I connect to a WiFi network. This happens even if I have a Full signal LTE, which is a bit strange.

Anyone have any recommendations?
