Connect iPhone with more than one bluetooth audio device at the same time

Hey guys,

i own a Jawbone Jambox , which is connected to my iPhone all the time. Currently I'm thinking about getting some Sennheiser MM400X bluetooth headphones, which i want to use with my iPhone as well. Is it possible to connect the iPhone to both devices at the same time and easily switch between these two in the music app while listening?
