AirPlay Problems Since iTunes 11 upgrade - music keeps cutting out
Ever since upgrading to iTunes 11 streaming music to my Airport Express has been totally unreliable.
Before upgrading it was fine but now when streaming music from my MBP it keeps cutting out every 4 or 5 minutes for about 10 seconds. Then it comes back on and continues playing. It's really frustrating. Often after about the 5th or 6th cut out it won't even come back on. When streaming from my iPhone to the Airport Express it never cuts out and is 100% reliable all the time. I've tried a different router but it made no difference. Has anybody else had problems? |

Did you have a look into these threads? The Airplay issues are well known....
http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=1500679 http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=1507555 Didn't fix the issue for me, though it made Airplay a bit more reliable.

Still have the problem ever since upgrading to iTunes 11.0.1.
My iPhone streams perfectly ok. |
