There was no progress with my shipping status (still shows Koeln departure scan, on schedule delivery 19/12) but I received an Apple Store Billing Document for my iMac.

I wish I knew what time it was getting delivered...

Just called TNT to ask if the delivery date will still be the 21st as per their original estimate. Apparently due to the value of the shipment, they need to have someone from their clearance department call me in the morning. Not really sure what that's about. Anyone else had similar?

Nice one by Apple indeed. Just for clarification, had they put up attitude and refused to change a computer with a dead pixel, the return-within-a-few-days-for-whatever-reason still applies, right? I would have returned it without remorse and ordered a new one straight away.

Guess my iMac is learning Chinese. But it has been send, so no complaints. (sort of)

Estimated delivery is 21st. (because the IDE is in the Netherlands?!)

We probably won't see any change until the early hours tomorrow morning, when we should find out whether or not they really are in the UK.

They are in the uk now as my friend who has the same Info as us shows the iMac is at Tamworth.

Honestly no attitude. The 2 chaps I spoke to were adamant they would not allow me to keep it with a dead pixel and they were brilliant and made me lose the guilt.

I am sure I read on 9-5 mac or macrumors that there had to be eight to get a swap but these guys said "I dead pixel is one too many"

My iMac is now in Malmö. A ten minute ride by car from my house and it is due on thursday.
So it took two days from Shanghai to Malmö and then two more days from Malmö to Lund!!!!!!!! If i had a car id go pick it up but i dont.......
But if i get it on thursday thats actually 13 days earlier than supposed to so im one of the lucky ones. Ordered late on nov 30!

My last UPS update is still the 3.40am departure scan from Koeln. It's making me very nervous about the likelihood of delivery tomorrow as per the original expected delivery date (before that vanished).

Apple's tracking page still shows delivery for tomorrow but subject to change.

UPS live chat people have been assuring me all afternoon that they are in the uk.

Just an update on the tracking page would help me get some sleep tonight! :-)

Mine and that of tomwalsh77 lost a day somewhere. Although looking closer at the original tracking information it looks as though it was incomplete.

Find it odd in these that Stansted in mentioned when OZ521 flew into Heathrow - landed 18:29 so it is now in the UK.

I guess it now has to go to Syncreon Technology at Hinkley to pair up with the Superdrive, Tango Bar Speaker and Apple Care that I ordered.

Ordered through Quidco - didn't spot when I ordered that the new iMac may not qualify for cashback - argh!

Did realize on 1st after ordering on 30th that I hadn't got the HE discount I was entitled to. After a conversation with a customer service representative expect to get credited back the difference to my credit card after delivery.

This will be my first iMac. Currently got mid 13" 2011 MBA 4MB 128GB - that was first Mac in quite a few years. Went through a few in the 90s including a Power Computing PowerTower clone. Been Windows PCs in between but can't stand Fisher Price Windows 8!

Exactly the same for me and I too would love to seethe tracking page update.

I am not sure what the issue is here but I am pretty confident that we will see our new computers tomorrow. Only a few more hours and it will have all been worth the wait.

I take it Malmö is your closest Hub then? I think TNT has a hub in Norrköping, which would be closest to me, let's hope I have it by thursday morning then! (And you get yours tomorrow? )

How long is appearing to take for people to receive their orders from the time their status changed to Shipped?

I expect mine to be shipped tomorrow and would like to have an idea when to expect it, after Christmas isn't good as I won't be home to collect.
