Autocomplete not working

the autocomplete in ios mail app for my iphone 4 just forgot every single email address, is there a way to make my iphone start guessing the email address i am typing without having to search for it.

i am running iOS 6.0.1

Did you change anything in the mail section under settings?

changed nothing at all. also noticed that default mail account had changed and default calendar had changed.

i made no changes
