It doesn't look like it's a Windows Phone compared to Nokia/HTC. Just looks like a modified Note/S3 which isn't necessarily a bad thing.

I really wanted to try Windows 8 but there's no App for Bell mobile TV. So I bought another Note 2 instead. LOL

Going 8X and on Verizon anyways so it would be the Ativ Odyssey or something coming out later.
Not a fan of the styling of the Ativ S though I hear it looks better in person. I just generally dont like the fake metal look and feel of Samsungs.

I picked it up yesterday, just wanted to try Windows 8.

The first few hours was great, loving the Tactile and OS overall.

Like BlackBerry the lack of Apps is getting to me, I'm not an App w**** but I expected the basics like Cineplex, Starbucks, Flipboard and Scotiabank which pretty much what I use/need the most.

I love the Design, I wouldn't be surprised if Samsung uses it for the S4.
