Visiting london for a week and was told that both regent street and covent garden stores are out of stock for the ipad mini?

Can anyone from london confirm please?

Depends which model - both are out of 16GB WiFi - covent had the 64GB in WiFi and Celluar I believe. The PC World on oxford street has a few in stock too (64GB in black is available to reserve - didn't check others) - if you want to check on their website use the postcode WC2R 2LS. I think you'll struggle for the 16GB ones though.
