MacBook + Modern Combat?

Hi All,
I have a white MacBook (I think 2008) and I wanted to buy Modern Combat: Domination from the Mac App Store. I was wondering if the compatibility will work. I know the game probably will lag but I don't care about that. I don't care if I use low graphics.
