I'm negotiating with a seller on eBay via eBay Messages. Does he sound suspicious or sincere and just poor English?

Seems normal - person is wearing white gloves in picture - thats just weird.

Do they have the original receipt of purchase?

I would ask if they have the original receipt of purchase, and to provide you with a pic of it and and of the seal on the unopened Apple box.

Didn't ask about receipt, but the box isn't sealed.
