Asking for AppleID password

Hey everyone,
I recently restored my iPhone 5. Ever since the restore when turning off the phone and turning it back on the phone asks for my AppleID password.

Does anyone know why it would do this?

Thanks for any help.

I used to have this problem....I forgot if I actually solved it or it just went away...
