App to move Music from Mac to iPhone without erasing?

Does such an app exist? I've found several that'll do the reverse. I'm 3,000 miles away from my iTunes Library for a few weeks and I'd like to get some new CDs on my iPhone.

Can you buy the CDs from the iTunes store, or are you buying the physical discs?
