Journal or notes app recommendation

recommendation please:
need a note / journal app strong to import a large CSV file from my previous note product that i have been using for years.
One text entry per day.
I am really into being able to import and export the whole data base.

other would be nice:
sync over drop box, able to manage existence on several computers and or iphone.

I don't use it myself, but take a look at Day One on the Mac App Store (MAS), does everything that you specify, apart from data import. Has won App of the year on the MAS. There are some notes on the Developers website about file structure so maybe there is a way to import your data.
