Good day fellas, well I've had three iPods throughout my entire lifetime, two being Nanos and one iTouch. And they've all had te same issue being that the headphone jack does not have a good hold on to the headphones when I connect them in the headphone jack. Is there anything I should be aware of? Or anything that might have cause this? Got another one for Christmas and I really wanna avoid going through that issue AGAIN.

thank you
nice day!

Make sure it "clicks" in. There is a pressure threshold. If you can still see the connector then it's not plugged in all the way. Make sure it's plugged in all the way.
