iTunes music restore?

I just spent an hour copying my entire music folder from my Mac to my PC. All Music, Movies, and TV Shows are showing as in the cloud even though I copied them all over. How do I get iTunes to see this or at the very least select my entire music library and download it off the cloud so I can put it on my iPod mini?

Well, the only way I could find to solve it was copy the media files elsewhere on the PC and then add the folder in iTunes.
