After debating what i wanted to do with my iPad mini regarding protecting it yet still making it look nice i think that i found a good solution. For the screen i went with the InvisibleShield HD by ZAGG, the HD is by far a lot better than the original InvisibleShield and you cant even tell that it is on the iPad. For the back i decided to go with a simple black vector case from Cygnett.

Does the Zagg have any color difference when looking at the iPad with polarized sunglasses ? That seems to be a issue with the anti-fingerprint SP's.

I havent tried that but i also don't think the HD is anti-fingerprint anyway.

I'm going for a spigen ultra matte front and back, with a red Smart Cover

I've been using my mini with nothing but a smart cover since launch, traveled, hiked, beached, etc with it. It's gotten beat up, but it still looks brand new. I don't understand why people weigh down and thicken up this thin and light device with unnecessary cases.

I do not see myself scratching the screen when I use my iPad so no protector for the front. I just went with the smart case after pondering how I would handle covering the iPad. Believe me, I checked into other alternatives but the smart case was most readily available and additional weight is neglible.
