Change Carrier Logo Without JB

I came across this today and saw it mentioned in a thread, but thought it deserved its own. Anyone have any good replacement images?

(Sorry if a thread already exists - I searched but didn't find any)

Doesn't work on Windows even though my friend compiled the .ipcc file for me

Sad day. Also wish we could just change the plist like we used to.. I want to change text!

The PNGs bundled with the app are all 40px high, but vary in width - for example: the Apple logo is 30px wide, the cloud icon is 44px wide (I guess since carrier logos/names are pretty wide, the width is flexible up to a point).

Yes it will, Apple will outright deny your warranty because you altered the software.

I just made a custom Redskins (old) logo in Photoshop and it worked like a charm!

I used 40px by 40px for this.

Now I'm thinking I need to add a little "cushion" to the left of the logo so it's not so close to signal logo.

Everyone excited about being able to change just the carrier logo, imagine a jailbroken phone and being able to change the icons, layout, dock, status bar, sounds, etc..

To bad apple won't let you and makes it so difficult.
