Good photo editing app for iPhone 4

Looking for a good app for editing photos on an iPhone 4. Want to be able to do the basic stuff along with touching up the photo ( like removing acne).

iPhone has plenty of decent photo editing apps. Some good ones like Snapseed and Camera Plus Pro really help a lot for enhancing picture along with adding filters, borders etc.

iPhoto for iOS does what you mention and more and will eat up multiple formats
