Change Carrier Logo Without JB

Is anyone able to do:
1. A Rangers Football Club crest:

2. A decent O2 one. The one I have is a little small, and some of the bigger ones here (like the Verizon one on the previous page) look fantastic.
Appreciate the time anyone takes to do these.

Actually... can you find me one as high of resolution as possible. Don't care if it has transparency yet.

Too small to difficult to edit... unless you wanted that entire square as the logo, but it wouldn't show up good on such a small screen.
Is this large enough?

Oh... I'm sorry... the other link you gave me took me to another image. That's why I thought it was difficult. It was a full anime scene...lol. Here you go. This one was very easy because transparency was already done for me.

In "Preview.app" in OSX, just make sure that you crop as close as you can, and then Go to Tools>Adjust Size
then make the height 40 pixels and let it automatically choose the width by scaling proportionally. But you can't make a logo too wide. Not actually sure what would happen if you did...
