Going overseas
I'm heading to the Cook Islands on Thursday. I want to make sure my iPhone settings are right so I don't come back to a huge phone bill
Any tips? |

Contact your carrier and get a bolt on for International Roaming...These are a fixed charge so that you will not have a horrific bill on your return.....The Cook Islands? Sound great.

Or get a pre-paid sim that way theres a fixed amount and after it will stop working. Just forward the calls. Enjoy your trip!

Data roaming is turned off by default, but double check to make sure. If you don't need to make or receive calls or texts, I would turn on airplane mode and then enable wi-fi.
