Setting Different Dates, OSX and Windows 7, Boot Camp

I'm trying to set the date in the Windows different than that in the OSX. I have disabled 'Apple Time Services' in Admin Tools, Services. Then set the clock to Jan 2012 vs. Jan 2013, but on reboot (through Boot Camp) the clock gets reset each time. I want to run the Windows boot on a different date than the OS boot (I know why? It's a long story, but still need to accomplish this goal).
