May I know your wallpaper source, I tried scanning it with 'search Google with this image' extension but only got his :

If you're talking about that blue "?", I have no idea what that is. I don't see it when I post, but I see it when logged out, so I don't know what's causing it to appear.
As for the wallpaper, thats the image I used, and I re-traced it in illustrator. I haven't finished it yet, I plan to add that background.
