[iPad] Strange Scratches and Poor Performance new iPad

I recently treated myself to the new iPad, I've had it for little under a month and two mysterious scratches have appeared no idea how I thought this screen was supposed to impervious to such things,

Any ideas on how to remove them or at least make them a little less noticeable.

On another note i recently downloaded the excellent baldurs gate enhanced edition however during a 90 minute session yesterday the game would almost come to a halt, when especially when using spells that have Area of effect, the device also got hotter than I would expect.

Anyone having similar issues?

The glass does scratch I'm afraid, just like any other glass.

The AOE problem with Baldie is the same for everyone, not just you. Hopefully it will get sorted with an update soonish.

"New ipad" as in the 3rd gen or 4th?
