What's the deal? Why do these two entities, and I'm sure others, push you back and forth between each other? Apple tells me to call Verizon, Verizon tells me to call Apple. Nobody wants to take responsibility either way. It's maddening. Why would Verizon replace another phone when they already replaced it once within the first 14 days of upgrading? Doesn't Apple know this? The rep at Apple the other day told me after I told him Verizon won't replace the phone more than once, "Well, you were misinformed." WTF?
