"Reset" iPad 2 Jailbreak

So I have a jailbroken iPad 2 and I want the minimum about of jailbreak content on my iPad without restoring it.
Example, when I first jailbroke my iPad, I had a minimal amount of items in my installed category in cydia.
So is there a way to remove all the extra stuff or do I have to do it manually?
Also a list of the bare necessities would be nice.
