Fusion Drive Glitch?

iPhoto says I don't have enough room to import pictures from iPhone to my hard drive because there isn't enough free space. Could it be that iPhoto thinks the SSD part of the fusion drive is full and won't put my library across both drives?

iPhoto sees it as a single volume. it wouldn't know that there are two separate pieces.
 
It's most likely you have a permissions problem. Have you checked your rights in the folder the iPhoto library is stored?
