audio stream ripper

I am new to the site so go a bit easy with me please. I am looking for a application that will allow me to record from internet radio along with playlist of songs played, automatically. from stations on itunes or shoutcast.

This can be paid or free. I have tried but can't find anything that will do it

thanks for the reply, I was hoping for a application that would also incorporate automatic splitting of each song and add metadata tagging of song information.

But at the very least add the shows playlist.
