how do I do 3 scroll on iPhone 5 on iBooks to read it?

It was possible on the iPhone 4 but it doesn't seem to work in the 5.

I don't know about you, but on my iPhone 5 you tap to turn the pages and the prefs are in Settings > iBooks.

I mean for it to read it out aloud using voice over.

Perhaps you should have stated that at the outset. Does this help? I'm not using the newest version of iBooks & don't use reading aloud.
