Viewing AVCHD footage without Premiere or FCP?

I have AVCHD footage on SDHC cards that I copy to my Mac and ingest via Adobe Premiere. I'm wondering if there is some way built into Mac OS or via a plugin that I can view the AVCHD footage without having to use a program like Premiere or FCP?

Thanks.
