Hardest gen to fix?
What is the hardest iPod touch generation to fix? I've never done it before, but would like to try it so that I can make some money. I'd like to start with an easier one though.

Yeah... it looks like it would be. What about between the 1st to 4th gens?

I just got a 3rd gen iPod touch with a broken screen. It still functions though. I'm not exactly sure what screen replacement parts to buy for it though because I heard that the 8 and 16 or 32 gb versions of the 3rd gen are different. I have an 8 gb version. I heard the 8 gb needs a 2nd gen screen. Is this true?
Would someone mind giving me an Amazon link to something that would work for this? |

Technically it exists, but it's internally identical to the 2G touch.
