Offline Maps in South America
I'm in the US.
A Columbian friend of mine is travelling back down to Columbia, Bogota specifically, and would like to use his iPhone for navigation. Which is the best Nav app that support offline maps? While cheaper is always better he will pay the price for a superior application. A great traffic and POI database would be excellent as well.
Secondly, his phone is an AT&T iPhone 5. Which is the best supplier of unlock codes and how do you use them?
